Bylaws
The CUPE 1230 bylaws outline how the Union operates, the extent of its powers, its responsibilities, the rights and duties of its members, and how representatives are elected. Please contact your section steward or a member of the executive if you have any questions.
Benefits
CUPE 1230 has negotiated benefits for full-time and part-time members as part of the FT-PT collective agreement. This includes provisions for the following:

Pensions
